This Privacy Policy explains what information Dueter (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects when you visit dueter.io, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as possible.

1. Information you enter into our tools

Our tools, including the Invoice Due Date Calculator, run their calculations in your web browser. The dates, payment terms, and amounts you enter are not sent to us and are not stored.

If JavaScript is turned off in your browser, the calculator still works by sending your inputs to our server inside the page address, so the result can be calculated there. These inputs are used only to show your result. They are not saved, apart from the standard server logs described in section 3.

2. Information you send us

When you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, your email address, the topic you choose, and your message. We use this only to reply to you and to improve the site. We never add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell your details.

We keep messages for up to 24 months and then delete them, unless we need them longer to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation.

3. Information collected automatically

Like almost every website, our hosting server automatically records basic technical details of each visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the page you came from, and the date and time. We use these logs to keep the site secure, fix problems and understand overall traffic. They are deleted on a rolling basis.

4. Third-party services

Some parts of the site rely on outside providers. Your browser connects to them directly, so they may receive your IP address:

• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used on the site. See Google’s privacy policy for how it handles this data.
• Our hosting provider stores the website and its server logs.
• Email delivery services pass contact form messages to our inbox.

We do not currently use advertising networks or analytics trackers. If that changes, we will update this policy and our Cookie Policy first.

5. How we use information

• To run, secure and improve the website and tools
• To reply to your messages
• To meet legal obligations

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you
• correct it or ask us to delete it
• object to or restrict how we use it
• complain to your local data protection authority

7. Children

Dueter is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has contacted us, let us know and we will delete the information.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and access to our systems is restricted. No method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. The “October 6, 2026” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
