Terms

Last updated 6 October 2026

Effective date: 6 October 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of dueter.io and the tools, guides and other content on it (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Using the Service

The Service is free and does not require an account. You may use our tools for personal and business purposes.

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its servers
  • scrape, copy or republish our tools or content at scale without written permission
  • present our tools, content or results pages as your own work

2. Results are for guidance only

Our calculators apply standard rules to the information you enter. Payment terms and contract wording vary between businesses, so every result is for general guidance only. Always check the terms in your own contract or invoice before relying on a date or amount. Our Disclaimer explains this in more detail.

3. Intellectual property

The Dueter name and logo, and the site’s design, tools, code and written content, belong to Dueter or its licensors and are protected by law. You may link to any page and quote short extracts, as long as you link back to the source.

The results you generate with our tools are yours to use freely.

4. Links to other websites

Our content may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

5. Changes and availability

We work to keep the Service available and accurate. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time without notice.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dueter is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of the Service or your reliance on its results. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “October 6, 2026” date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. Any disputes will be handled by the courts there, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
